Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your subscription is still active and in good standing
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request

Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Custom integrations or development services
  • Annual plans (after 30 days from purchase)
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days
  • Accounts that violated our Terms of Service

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Some banks may take additional time to process the refund.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Workspace Audit until the end of your billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining balance of your subscription period.
